This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Invoiciti platform at invoiciti.com. By using Invoiciti you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We collect the following types of information: Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account. Business information — your business name, address, logo, and bank account details that you add to your profile. Client information — names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your clients that you add to the platform. Invoice data — invoice content including line items, amounts, due dates, and payment records. Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent. Device information — browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

We use your information to: — Provide and operate the Invoiciti platform — Process your subscription payments via Paystack — Send you invoicing-related notifications and updates — Respond to your support requests — Improve the platform based on usage patterns — Detect and prevent fraud or abuse — Comply with legal obligations We will never use your information for purposes not described in this policy without your explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your data only with: Paystack — our payment processor, for handling subscription billing. Paystack has its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may disclose your data if required by law or in response to valid legal process from Nigerian authorities.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data: — All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS — All data is encrypted at rest in our database — Row-level security ensures your data is completely isolated from other users — Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only — We regularly review and update our security practices No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your data remains accessible for 30 days before archiving. If you delete your account all your data — including invoices, clients, and business information — is permanently deleted immediately. Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes for up to 7 years, as required by Nigerian law.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access — you can view all your data in your Invoiciti account at any time. Correction — you can update your personal and business information in Settings at any time. Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Account → Delete account. Export — you can export your invoice and client data from the admin export feature. Portability — your data is stored in standard formats and can be exported in CSV format. Invoiciti is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Invoiciti after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
