6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your data remains accessible for 30 days before archiving.
If you delete your account all your data — including invoices, clients, and business information — is permanently deleted immediately.
Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes for up to 7 years, as required by Nigerian law.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access — you can view all your data in your Invoiciti account at any time.
Correction — you can update your personal and business information in Settings at any time.
Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Account → Delete account.
Export — you can export your invoice and client data from the admin export feature.
Portability — your data is stored in standard formats and can be exported in CSV format.

Invoiciti uses cookies and similar technologies to:
