Terms of Service

By creating an Invoiciti account or using any part of the Invoiciti platform at invoiciti.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of Invoiciti, including free and paid subscribers. Invoiciti reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Invoiciti is an online invoicing platform designed for Nigerian freelancers and small businesses. The service allows users to create professional invoices, share them via WhatsApp and other channels, track payment status, and manage clients and revenue. Invoiciti is an invoicing tool only. We do not process payments on your behalf. All payments are made directly between you and your clients via bank transfer. Invoiciti is not a financial institution or payment processor.

To use Invoiciti you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Invoiciti offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorise Paystack to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Invoiciti reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The Starter (Free) plan is limited to 5 invoices per month and 3 clients. Free plan invoices include Invoiciti branding. Logo upload is not available on the free plan. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to free plan users.

You agree to use Invoiciti only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Invoiciti to: — Create invoices for illegal goods or services — Harass, defraud, or mislead clients or other users — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other user accounts — Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair Invoiciti servers — Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform — Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Invoiciti, including business information, client details, and invoice content. By using Invoiciti you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We will not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

The Invoiciti platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Invoiciti and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. The Invoiciti name, logo, and wordmark are trademarks of Invoiciti. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is prohibited.

Invoiciti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoiciti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Invoiciti in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by going to Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your records. Paid subscriptions are cancelled immediately upon account deletion.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
